Penguatan Kompetensi Guru Madrasah melalui Pelatihan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas di Kabupaten Pati

The study aims to observe and improve the ability of elementary school teachers in compiling classroom research actions before participating in training in Sukolilo District, Pati Regency, using mentoring through the ABCD method. The results of this study indicate that (1) Elementary school teachers still lack knowledge about Classroom Action Research (CAR), such as formulating the background of the problem, creating research objectives, and compiling study literature, which are academic steps that many teachers are unfamiliar with. (2) Classroom Action Research (CAR) training consists of several stages. In the first step, participants are given an understanding of the definition, objectives, and benefits of CAR. They are also introduced to how CAR can improve the quality of learning through examples of successful practices. Next, teachers are trained to find relevant problems in their classes by observing the learning process, collecting information about the problem, and implementing it in a cycle.
